One of the tactics is to frustrate and create hurdles in the workplace and to getting work done.
The one organization where most of the staff is involved, the staff liaison does the following:
Takes a long to time reply to emails or text messages, essentially making something easy to complete endless journey.
Makes things confusing by embedding requests for projects in emails and text messages so you have to hunt for information. Sometimes the information never exists.
Creates assignments with no intention of using the work.
Chastises me in emails that the boss is copied on and lies about things.
Uses a project management system in a way that is intended to overwhelm by sending 30 to 40 notifications from the system in an hour or on a Saturday during long holiday weekneds.
Lying about when invoices are due.
Another Tactic - Flat out lying
For a past client, a shampoo company, the stalker tapped an employee to create problems. He basically told the client I didn’t do a particular project and then got my services cancelled, failing to pay for the two months of work. I did get the money after hiring an attorney. So you might be wondering how can I be certain that this individual is helping the stalker? Well, this employee said and did several things that gave him away. What were those? I'm not giving everything away.
